Fairytail

Once upon a time there was a hawk who spent a whole summer with a dove. The hawk and the dove hadn't known each other that well before the summer, but they soon became closer than my fingers to this keyboard. The relationship between the two grew everyday they spent together. As the summer came to an end and the school year started they still maintained the solid relationship they had built. The hawk always took the dove to dances. They went to movies together, stayed at each others houses for hours at a time, went almost everywhere together. Towards the end of the year the dove was ready to graduate from school, and the hawk became really busy with school activities. They started to grow apart. They would occasionally see each other and hang out but not as much as before. Neither the hawk nor the dove ever asked why everything had changed. By graduation day nothing was the same, and all the hawk could think of is what he was doing at the time the previous year. He missed being around the dove and didn't know what to do about it. The next day the dove invited the hawk on a trip to a lake. Of course the hawk said yes. He was excited to see the dove. The day came to leave for the lake, some of the hawks friends had met up with him to fly there, but something was missing. The hawk didn't see the dove. His friends told him that the dove was sick but she would be coming the next day. The next day when the dove arrived things were different. She didn't seem as excited as she use to always be when they saw each other before. In fact she didn't even say hi to the hawk. Through the whole trip the hawk felt excluded in a way and at times just wanted to go home. The trip was finally over and they all made their way home. For the next 3 weeks the hawk and the dove didn't talk to each other until the hawk decided to say hi. Once the hawk said hi everything seemed to be OK. It wasn't the same as a year ago but it was better. Now the hawk and the dove are hanging out again and things are slowly but surely getting back to normal.
